Unamjung is the most famous restaurant in Korea.The photo of the ancestor,royal chef is hung up on the wall of Unamjung.Head Chef Oh runs Unamjung.Bong-joo is Head Chef Oh's son.

Head Chef Oh announces that the next owner of Unamjung is decided by the cooking competition.

Jin-soo loses her nametag and can't take the examination for a reporter.

Sun-chan finds out why Kim didn't like it.That's why the cooking was taken away the smell.

The theme of the second phase is the cooking suitable for the plate.

Jin-soo works for Unamjung.

The second phase of the competition is held.Bong-joo wins.

The theme of the third phase of the competition is the cooking with wild chicken.

Head Chef Oh says to Bong-joo,"Sung-chan is the descendant of the royal chef."Bong-joo thought that he is the descendant,so he is very shocked.

Min-woo says to Bong-joo,"Let's hide the ingredient of Sung-chan."Bong-joo says to Sung-chan,"You are the descendant of the royal chef.I want you to drop the competition."

Ted Oh,the famous cooking critic comes to Unamjung.The secretary of Ted Oh has a meal at Unamjung without saying that he is the secretary of Ted Oh.The staff is rudeness to the secretary.

Bong-joo plans to branch out Unamjung.

One year later.
Sung-chan sells seasonal stuff getting on a car.The speaker of the car is loud,so the restaurant Jin is angry at Sung-chan.

Jin-soo stops working at Unamjung and starts a reporter as part-time job at a company.

Sung-chan,who is looking for yellow snow crab meets Jin-soo again.

The blacksmith who made the knife for Sung-chan stopped working.His son is in jail.The blacksmith takes cuisine to the jail,but taking cuisine in jail isn't allowed.Sung-chan asks Jin-soo to take cuisine in jail.

The blacksmith makes a new knife for Sung-chan.He says to Sung-chan,"Return to the cook."

Sung-chan and Bong-joo meet again near the hospital where the blacksmith stays.

Unamjung serves sherbet with wine syrup to important visitors.They can't eat wine because of the religious problem.The sherbet was made by Jong-gu.Jong-gu quits Unamjung.

Jin-soo is ordered to make an interview with Master Gang by her boss.They don't know where Master Gang is.

Sung-chan competes which part of meat with a man,chairman Seo of Daejin at Jiri Restaurant.Sung-chan wins.The owner of Jiri Restaurant is Master Gang.

Jin-soo is refused to make an interview with Master Gang.Bong-joo asks Master Gang for a teacher of butcher school.

Daejin asks Sung-chan to enter the team for the beef competition.

Gang is invited at Unamjung and has a meal.He refuses to become the teacher.

Bong-joo makes Min-woo return Jong-gu to Unamjung as a butcher.

Min-woo leaves money for Gang and says,"Don't take part in another team of the competition."Sung-chan returns money to Unamjung.

Sung-chan enters Daejin team.

The beef competition has 3 rounds.
The first one is highest quality meat of cattle.
The secone one is to cut 10 parts.
The third one is charcoal's technique.

Sung-chan tries to get a cattle.Min-woo stole the same cattle.

Sung-chan gets another good cattle.

The first round starts.Jin-soo becomes M.C.of the competition as a substitute.

The meat of Unamjung has muscular hemorriage.Because when they carried the cattle on a truck,the truck sped too much.

On the first round,Daejin gets the first place.Unamjung is the 8th place.Because of that,Unamjung gets cancelled.

Jong-gu goes to Jiri Restaurant and meets Gang.When Jong-gu turns upside the table,Gang hurts his hand.

The second round starts.

At first,Gang is on the first place,but after that,he slows down because of his wounds.Daejin team is on the 4th place and goes to the third round.

Jing-gu becomes a director of Unamjung.

For the third round,they search for good charcoal.Bong-joo wants to use hyangtan.

The third round starts.

Unamjung uses charcoal with fragrance.

Unamjung and Daejin get the same points.The 4th round is supposed to be held.The theme is

The magazine,"Point" has the article of the secret of royal chef.The autograph of the article is Kim Jin-soo.

Jin-soo's mother calls Jin-soo,"I'll collapse while I pick up peaches."Jin-soo and Sung-chan go to the peach farm.Jin-soo's mother can't taste anything because of tongue cancer.

Bong-joo says to Joo-hee,"We'll get engagement next month."

Head chef Oh calls Sung-chan to come to Unamjung.Sung-chan goes to Unamjung and sees the article for the first time.

Sung-chan says to Jin-soo,"You're not a friend of mine."

At Unamjung,a press conference is held.Sung-chan says to reporters,"It's true that I'm a descendant of the royal chef.But Bong-joo should inherit Unamjung."

World Gourmet Association Food Competition will be held.The theme is bliss of waiting.

Sung-chan goes to meet Suk-dong in Wando.Suk-dong wants to search for his mother in Gwanju.

Suk-dong goes to meet his mother.A woman he believed his mother is a friend of his mother.His mother was dead.

Joo-hee comes to Wando.Sung-chan shows Joo-hee around Wando.

Jin-soo works in a restaurant.She goes to Wando and meets Joo-hee so leaves Wando without meeting Sung-chan.

Sung-chan sends abalone to Unamjung.

Bong-joo cooks abalone.

Sung-chan goes to the restaurant Jin-soo works for.

Bong-joo opens the branch of Unamjung in Gangwon.

Sung-chan,Jin-soo and Chef Oh have a meal a woman who beat Chef Oh's cooking long time ago cooks.Sung-chan says to Jin-soo,"If I make the same cook as this,return to the reporter."

The taste of kimuchi in Unamjung is strange.

Bong-joo finds out that Joo-hee went to see Sung-chan in Wando and says to Joo-hee,"Let's reconsider to get engagement."

The problem about kimuchi in Unamjung occurs.Expo refuses kimuchi in Unamjung.They change pickles,but the taste of kimuchi doesn't regain.

Chef Oh eats kimuchi,so he finds out there is a problem with soy sauce.He collapses.Bong-joo isn't in Unamjung because he goes to business trip.

Sung-chan tries to improve the situation.That's why beans last year were rotten.Jin-soo works as a reporter again.

Chef Oh wants to close Unamjung.

The problem of the kimuchi isn't only because of beans.

Bong-joo wants to buy sauce from Junggang Corp and to use royal London's plates.

Sung-chan and Jin-soo go to a salt pan.In old days,three-year-old salt was used,but now fresh salt is used.The platform isn't sturdy enough.Bong-joo doesn't make new platform.

Tax collectors investigate Unamjung.Junichi Matsumoto wants to take over Unamjung.

Matsumoto calls Jin-soo,because he saw an article written by Jin-soo.He says to Jin-soo,"I want to meet Sung-chan."

Unamjung loses a licence to foreign countries.Sung-chan meets Matsumoto.

The meeting of the board is held.Bong-joo is removed from CEO.

Matsumoto runs Unamjung as the large stockholder.

Sung-chan returns to Unamjung.He says to Matsumoto,"I'll get back Unamjung."

Head Chef Oh passes away.

Matsumoto used to work for Unamjung.

Matsumoto says to Sung-chan,"Let's do cooking competition.If you win,I retreat." One team consists of four cooks.Bong-joo leaves Unamjung.

The cooking competition is held.

In an hors d'oeuvre's competition,Sung-chan loses.

When main dish is cooked,Bong-joo appears.

Unamjung changes the prepared menu of main dish. In main dish competition,Unamjung wins.

After dessert,two teams get the same score.Ambassadors and their spouses who watch the competition give points.Unamjung wins.

Bong-joo leaves Unamjung in order to study cooking from the beginning.

Sung-chan also leaves Unamjung ir order to study outside of Unamjung.
